Carrabba's Champagne Chicken

Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup champagne (Dry)
- 2/3 cup heavy cream (or evaporated milk)
- pinch Kosher Salt
- pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 6 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, thawed
- 14 Hershey Kisses of choice, I used Mint Truffle for this recipe
- 1 egg white whisked with 1 Tbsp water
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Bubble Crumb Bacon Breakfast Bake

In a 9×13 casserole add the TATER TOTS Salt to taste and pepper to taste
- 3/4 – 1 bag TATER TOTS
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion or 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb bacon crisp, crumbled
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups cheddar jack or colby jack cheese, shredded
Homemade Oreos

Set two racks in the middle of the oven
- For the chocolate wafers:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) room-temperature, unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- For the filling:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) room-temperature, unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- Graham Cracker Crumbs, for coating
Graham Cracker Chewy Bars

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Crust
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Topping
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 extra-large eggs (I actually just used 4 large eggs)
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Powdered sugar, if desired

In a small bowl, combine the oil, cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper; set aside
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash pepper
- 3 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

- 1 small sweet Vidalia onion or 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces penne or ziti, dry, preferably whole grain
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 grated Pecorino Romano cheese
