  • 1 clove garlic (or just a little garlic powder)
  • 1 bay leaf (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 or more onions, quartered (take the skins off)
  • 1 stalk celery with tops, cut up (optional)
