- Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Buttercream Frosting
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3-4 Tbsp milk or Kefir
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 package of Cream Cheese (8oz)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
The Best Blueberry Muffins

For the topping, stir together sugar and lemon zest in a small bowl and set aside
- Lemon-Sugar Topping:
- 1/3cup1/3 cup sugar
- zestzest from one lemon
- Muffins:
- 2cups2 cups frozen blueberries (or 2 cups fresh)
- 1 1/8cups1 1/8 cups (8 ounces) plus 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2cups2 1/2 cups (12 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour

Easy Cheesy Broccoli Soup

- 1 (24 oz) package frozen broccoli in cheese sauce (located in the frozen vegetable section, I used the kind by Green Giant)
- 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup onion, chopped fine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 packet of sweetener of choice to bring out the natural sweetness of the broccoli.)
Christmas Margarita Punch

Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps - With Garlic Parmesan

- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 4 Strips Bacon
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese - shredded
- 4 Tbs. Caesar Dressing (I use Ken's Steakhouse Creamy Caesar. 1 carb/ 2 Tbs. Garlicky and delicious)
- 1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs. Italian Seasoning

Gone-All-Day Stew Recipe

Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup water or red wine
- 2 reduced-sodium beef bouillon cubes
- 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 6 white onions or yellow onions, quartered
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1-1/2-inch slices
- 3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch slices
- 12 large fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
Chicken and Penne Pasta

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat
- 4 whole Grilled Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked Until Al Dente
- ½ sticks Butter
- 3 whole Lemons, Juiced
- ¾ cups Heavy Cream
- ¼ cups Half-and-half
- 1-½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (or Romano)
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 20 whole Basil Leaves, Chopped
Dr. Pepper Cake

Turn oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bundt pan
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 10 oz. can of Dr. pepper
- 3/4 cups walnuts (Chopped)
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and enough Dr. pepper to make a thin glaze.
Asparagus - Steamed & Cheesy

First, chop the woody bottoms off of your Asparagus
- 1 1 1 lb. Asparagus, washed
- 1 1 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 to 1 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 2 2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Handful A Handful of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- First, chop the woody bottoms off of your Asparagus.
- to 1 in a pan wide enough to hold them without bending their heads. They can overlap each other if they need to. Add 1 cup of water and place on high heat on the stove.
- Remove from heat and place on a pretty plate. Sprinkle with a handful of shredded Parmesan.
