- 1/2 cupchopped onion

Pub House Steak

Put one steak in each bag
- 2 one and one-half pound flank steaks (I used round steak)
- 1 1/2 cups dark beer (1 bottle)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 t minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 2 one-gallon freezer bags
Buffalo-Lime Stuffed Peppers

1.Preheat oven to 350 f 2
- 3 Anaheim or Pasilla peppers, cut in half, seeds removed
- 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast(I used 1 rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup finely diced white onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper diced very small(optional, adds heat)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 4-6 Tbs. Buffalo flavor sauce, depending on preferences
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or a fresh minced garlic clove
- 1/2 Tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 diced Avocado
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat
- 2 ears corn, husks and silk removed
- 3 corn tortillas, cut into 16 wedges each
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 limes
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 pound iceberg lettuce, torn into 2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges (about 1 cup)
- 1 small mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges (about 1 1/2 cups)
