Three Cheese Pasta Bake

Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain and return to pot
- 1 (16-ounce) package ziti
- 2 (10-ounce) containers refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Lasagna Roll-Ups

Servings: 6 lasagna roll ups Calories: 228 per lasagna roll Weight Watchers Points Plus Value: 6 pp per roll
- 6 whole wheat (or fiber plus) lasagna sheets
- 1 cup cooked ground chicken or cooked lean ground turkey/ lean ground beef
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, blended in a blender or food processor until smooth, (or low fat ricotta)
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup parmesan, separated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning (or 1/4 tsp basil + 1/4 tsp oregano)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I used Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic)
- Optional: 1 cup mozzarella sprinkled on top
Kahuki's Colada

Mix all ingredients in a blender
- 1 cup fresh pineapple cut into cubes
- splash of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 3 oz. light rum
Lava Flow

Mix all ingredients together in a blender
- 1 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. Malibu coconut rum
- 2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 2 oz. fresh squeezed pineapple juice
- 2 oz. Zico coconut water

- Filling:
- 3 C. All-purpose quick mix (recipe in dry mixes)
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 C. milk or water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 pz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa or Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 flour or corn tortillas (6"), cut into 1" pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 (8oz) pkg. shredded Colby & Monterrey jack cheese blend
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (15oz) pkg. refrigerated pie crust

Maple Dijon Glazed Chicken

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
