Sugar Crusted Vanilla French Toast

1 Day Ahead: Butter a 9×9-inch pan on the bottom and sides
- FOR THE CUSTARD:
- 1 smallish baguette or crusty loaf of bread, cut into 1-inch slices (about 1 lb loaf)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- FOR THE SUGAR COATING:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick or 8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter - Melted (If you only have unsalted butter, just add 1/4 tsp salt to dry ingredients)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 Cup Swerve All- Natural Sweetener (You can use your sweetener of choice here... But if using Splenda, I would recommend cutting back the amount some) - Get it here -Swerve
- 1/2 Cup CarbQuik - This is where I bought it -Tova Carbquik Bake Mix
- 4 Tbs. PB2 - This is where I bought it -Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut

Almond Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Crisps

- 2 Medium Zucchini (6 to 7 inches) Sliced 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick on a slight bias
- 1/2 Cup Almonds

- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

Coarsely chop green onions and add it a food processor with the garlic; pulse until garlic is minced
- 1 clove of garlic
