Smoked Turkey

Rinse Turkey and pat dry. Make a paste with 1/4 cup of oil and salt, rub inside turkey

Honey-Teriyaki Chicken Fingers with Sesame seeds with Sesame Cellophane Noddles and Snap Peas

Coast a stove-to pan or griddle with cooking spray and set over med-high heat to preheat
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tab honey
- 1 tab. blackstrap molasses
- 1 teas. finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teas. liquid smoke seasoning
- 1/4 teas. freshly ground black pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- /4 cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- 8 oz. cellophane noodles, soaked in hot water until tender
- /4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- teas. sesame oil
- 4 cups snap peas, steamed
Chocolate Mousse Torte

To make the sour cream cake: butter and flour an 8 or 9 inch cake pan and set aside
- Almond Praline:
- 1 3/4 cups cake flour
- 1/2 teas. baking soda
- 2 teas. baking powder
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 11 tab. unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large egg whites, whipped to very soft peaks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- Mousse Filling:
- 8 oz. semisweet chocolate, broken into small chunks
- 2 oz. bitter chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1/2 teas. cinnamon
- 3 cups whipping cream
- A chunk of semisweet chocolate, for making curls
Sushi Rice

Prepare Sushi Rice: In 3 quart saucepan, heat rice, sugar, salt, and 2 1/2 cups water to boiling over high heat
- 2 cups Japanese short grain rice
- 2 tab. of sugar
- 1 teas. of salt
- 1/2 cup of rice vinegar
Linguine with Asparagus, Artichoke and Pancetta

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 lb. linguine
- 4 oz. diced pancetta
- 1 box (8oz.) frozen artichoke
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1/2 -inch bias slices
- 1 tab. lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
Mushroom Salad

Combine all the ingredients and toss in a bowl
- 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 3 tab. lemon juice
- 2 tab. olive oil
- 2 tab. parsley, chopped
- 2 tab. dill
- 2 tab. chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
Cocoa-cola cake

In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, granulated sugar, and baking soda; set aside
- Cocoa topping:
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teas. baking soda
- 1 cup cola
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 tabs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teas. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups tiny marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cola
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
Funnel Cake

Beat eggs; add milk and sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 to 4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 2 teas. baking powder
- vegetable oil
- confectioner's sugar
Sour Dough Loaves

In a large bowl, with spoon, mix sugar, salt and east and 6 cups flour
- 2 tab. sugar
- 2 teas. salt
- 2 pkg. quick rise yeast
- About 7 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-16 oz. low fat plain yogurt
Red Beans and Rice

- 1 can of stewed tomatoes with chilies, undrained
