Cool 'N Easy Pie

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
- 2/3 C Boiling Water
- 1/2 C Cold Water
- 1 8oz tub Cool Whip, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello, any flavor*
- Ice cubes
- Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
- *flavor/color of jello will make the pie color
Candy Cane Blossoms

Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 bag Hershey;s Kisses brand Candy Cane Kisses
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Red and Green colored sugar

Zucchini Bites

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray, set aside
- 1 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese (cheddar or Parmesan work the best)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs - I used Italian style

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Bow Ties with Sausage & Sweet Peppers

- 2 medium red sweet peppers, cut into 3/4-in pieces

- 24 Rolo candies plus extras for the cook's snack
- 4 TBS. butter, softened at room temperature
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2 TBS. caramel sauce
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
