Directions 1.1-Saute mushrooms, celery and scallions in 2 Tbs butter until tender 2

- 1/2 Cup green peppers chopped
- 4 TBS butter (seperated)
- 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 2 Cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Cups 2% milk
- 2 3/4 Cups cubed cooked turkey
- 2 Cups frozen peas
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- 2 Peppers in Adobo sauce diced
- 1 Tbs sauce from Adobo pepper can
- 1 Tbs onion salt
- 2 Tsp "Franks" hot sauce
- 1 Tbs diced jalepeno
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 Tsp mace

- 1 pound sea scallops
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

- 2 cups hot-cooked whole-grain rice

- 1 small tomato, seeded and diced

- 2 Cloves Garlic

- 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning (found in the spice aisle, look for a blend that doesn’t contain salt)
