- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. whole cumin seed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely (1 tablespoon reserved)
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 â 1 ½ cups chicken or vegetable stock
- salt and pepper to taste.
