EASY Low Calorie and Low Sodium Creamy French Dressing

Tastes AWESOME and EVERYONE wants my recipe!
- ½ cup light olive oil, canola oil orany neutral vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup yellow sweet onion, rough chopped
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sugar or Stevia or Monk Fruit (+/- to taste)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ garlic powder
- ½ dry mustard
- ½ tsp salt (or omit if on low sodium)
VERY Low Sugar and Sodium Healthy Creamy French Dressing

No one can believe that a healthy Creamy French Dressing can be this good (but it is :-) Great on salads but ALSO
- 1/2 cup Avocado OR Light Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Sugar Free ketchup (I use "G. Hughes" sugar free or HEB, if your are in TX, Reduced Sodium and Sugar Ketchup)
- 1/3 Cup Avocado Mayo (I use Kraft)
- 1/4 Cup yellow sweet onion, roughly chopped
- 3 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 TBS (+/- to taste) sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry Yellow Mustard Powder
Juicy Grilled BBQ Chicken

A GREAT sugar (you can use brown sugar if you prefer) and sodium free rub that's every bit as good as ANY RUB YOU'V...
- 5 lbs +/- bone in chicken thighs (with or without skins)
- 2 Cups your favorite BBQ Sauce (I use 50% G Hughes Sugar Free Original and 50% Head Country Sugar Free Original)
- FOR MARINADE
- Beer (or buttermilk but I have used both and beer is better)
- FOR RUB
- 3 TBS firmly packed brown sugar substitute (or light brown sugar)
- 1- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1-1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- (optional but highly recommended) 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Perfect INSTANT Pancake Mix

Beats the pants off old "Aunt Jamima" and WAY cheaper! Create the mix in advance and you can just add water OR add
- 4 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup of nonfat dry milk
- 1 Cup granulated sugar (any place from 1/3 to 1 cup...I prefer the higher amount)
- 2 TBS baking powder
- 1 TBS baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- ----After mixing store in airtight container.----
- TO MAKE:
- 1 Cup of mix (will make 4-5 decent size pancakes)
- 2 Cap fulls of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cap full of Almond Extract
- 3/4 cup (or to desired consistency) water
Best Blue Cheese Dressing

Simple ingredients, simple to make and EVERYONE LOVES IT!
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Butter Mink
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2-4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles plus some to sprinkle on salad
Mashed Potato Cakes

- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Leftover Mashed Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 TBS Milk
- 2-3 TBS Vegetable Oil
Thai Chopped Salad

Great cold veggie salad side dish
- FOR THE SALAD;
- 1 cup cooked dried white quinoa
- 2 cups defrosted frozen edame
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (1/2 a head)
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup curly kale (stems removed and massaged)
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- FOR THE DRESSING;
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 1 TBS lime juice (1/2 lime +/-)
- 1TBS fresh ginger (more to taste)
- 3 TBS low sodium soy sauce
- 2 TBS water
- 3 TBS honey
- 2 TBS white vinegar
Air Fryer Cabbage Crust Pizza

A great veggie pizza alternative (does have some grated parm)
- 1 Head green cabbage
- BASIC INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup EVOO
- 1/4 Cup Grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- PIZZA TOPPINGS OF CHOICE:
- Marinara
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni
- Ham slices
- Bell peppers
