Smoky Chicken and Cheesy Potato Casserole

1. Lightly coat the inside of a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream
- 6 ounces smoked cheddar cheese, shredded (1-1/2 cups)
- 1 28-ounce package frozen loose-pack diced hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers, thawed
- 3 cups chopped smoked or roasted chicken or turkey
- Crushed croutons (optional)
Easy Breakfast Casserole Muffins

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2-3 pieces whole wheat bread (about 1 1/2 – 2 cups)
- 2 about 2 pieces deli ham (we use Dilusso because it’s preservative-free)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice; we used cheddar this time)
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 – 1 c whole milk (or skim or soy)
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced (dried parsley will work, but use less)
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper (or to taste)

MIX hot water, butter and stuffing mix
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Slow Cooker Short Rib Stroganoff

MIX 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) flour, 1 tsp
- 5 Tbsp. flour, divided
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt, divided
- 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) whole mushrooms, halved
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) egg noodles
Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

1. Cook noodles according to package directions
- 4 ounces dried medium noodles
- 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Paprika
Cheesy Chicken Italiano

COOK pasta as directed on package
- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 6 oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Mix ice cream and peanut butter on low speed
- 1 chocolate graham crust
- 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar vanilla ice cream fudge topping
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

- Brown Sugar Oat Streusel
- 2/3 cups (60g) old-fashioned or quick oats
- 1/2 cup (100g) light or dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons (16g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, cold
- 1 Tablespoon (10g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup (100g) light or dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil*
- 1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 large)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour (careful not to overmeasure)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
