Upside Down Shepard's Pie

HEAT oven to 400ºF. MICROWAVE potatoes and water in 2-qt
- 3/4 lb. new potatoes (about 6)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degree
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup (12 oz package) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Southwest Casserole

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 oz.) can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 c. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Brunswick Soup

In a large pot, brown and crumble ground beef along with diced onions over medium heat
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cans corn, drained well
- 1 can northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, undrained
- 5 cups beef broth (or stock)
Zesty Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip

HEAT oven to 350°F. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Baked Snack Crackers
Hot Crab Dip

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended

- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine

- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
