Mexican Mac & Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 12 ounces dried mostaccioli or rigatoni pasta (3 cups)
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 16 ounce jargreen medium-hot salsa
- 2 8 ounce packageshredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 cups)
- Tomato wedges, sliced jalapeno peppers, and chopped fresh cilantro
- Salsa (optional)
Cake Batter Rice Krispies

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 oz.) bag of mini-marshmallows
- 1/3 cup yellow cake mix (the dry cake mix, not prepared into a batter!)
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 (1.75 oz.) container of sprinkles
Pasta E. Fagioli Soup Slow Cooker

Brown and crumble ground beef
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, finely diced
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can cannellini beans (or white kidney beans), drained and rinsed
- 1 (26 oz.) container beef stock (or 3 cups)
- 1 jar (25 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup uncooked ditalini pasta (see cook's notes below)
- Salt, to taste (about 1/2 tbsp. kosher salt)
Quick Chicken Quesadillas

1.Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
- 6 oz refrigerated cooked Southwest-flavor chicken breast strips (from 9- or 12-oz package)
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; 8 tortillas)
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups finely shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup sour cream

In a large skillet, crumble beef and brown
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 small can mushrooms (optional, I don't normally add these)

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 16 ounces dried ziti or penne pasta
- 1 26-ounce jar tomato pasta sauce
- 1 16-ounce package Italian-style frozen cooked meatballs (32), thawed
- 1 15-ounce can Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 15-ounce carton ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)

- 1 cup baby carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
- 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
