Pepperoni Cheese Stick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Garlic Butter Glaze:
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 cheese sticks, halved
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- optional - marinara or ranch sauce for dipping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1.Combine the flour, sugar, and yeast into a stand mixer with the hook attachment and stir to combine

- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 packet dry active yeast (instant)

- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4-1 cup butter, softened
- 2 pkg. graham crackers; crushed

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 pt. whipping cream (I don't use it all, maybe 3/4 of it)
Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Light Ranch Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- 2-3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
