Crepe Suzette

- 12 crepes
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- Peel of 3 oranges, thinly slivered
- Peel of 1 lemon, thinly slivered
- Juice of 1 orange

- ¾ oz. Cointreau
- ¾ oz. Grand Mariner
- 2 oz. Brandy

- 1/3 cup water

- ¼ tsp. each baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup raw sugar, Damara

- 4 large porcini mushrooms
