Christmas Kuchen

Place warm water in large warm bowl
- 1/4 cup warm water (100° to 110°F)
- 1 envelope FLEISCHMANN'S Active Dry Yeast
- 1/4 cup warm milk (100° to 110°F)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs

- 3 ½ - 4 lbs. chicken
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups vegetable oil
Fruity Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup crushed Nilla wafers
- 3 tbs. butter, melted
- 3 tbs. sugar
- 4 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 cup each blueberries, sliced strawberries, peeled and slcied kiwi
Chicken with Peppers

Fry the onion in the oil until soft; add the garlic and cook until just beginning to color
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloved garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tbs. olive oil
- 4 chicken quarters, skinned and cut into smaller pieces
- 3 yellow and red peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips lengthwise
- Salt and pepper
- Small bunch of basil

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 tbs. cocoa
- 3 tbs. buttermilk

- BREAD FLOUR 4#
- CAKE FLOUR 1#
- DRY MILK SOLIDS - sifted 4 oz. SALT 1 oz.
- SUGAR 12 oz.
- BUTTER - well softened 12 oz.
- EGGS 16 oz.
- CARDAMOM 2 tsp.
- BAKERS MARGARINE or BUTTER - roll-in 2 # 8 oz.
