Indian Daal

Add your oil to a large saute pan on medium heat and cook up your garlic and jalapeno for 1 to 2 minutes
- Directions:
- 5 Cups of Pre-Cooked Garbanzos
- 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup of Peas (Optional)
- 1 Onion, Roughly chopped
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp of Oil
- 1 tsp of Cumin
- 1/2 tsp of Tumeric
- 1/2 tsp of Curry
- 1 tsp of Ginger
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Cup of Veggie Broth
Creamy Garlic Pasta

This one pot creamy garlic pasta is easy to make, and easy to clean up! You can adjust the amount of garlic you add...
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 pound spaghetti, or angel hair pasta
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
CHEESY CHICKEN NACHOS

To make the chicken, combine chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl
- For the chicken:
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- For the queso sauce:
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilis
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dash of pepper
- Tortilla chips plus optional toppings such as:
- Shredded cheese
- Black or pinto beans
- Chopped tomato
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Chopped green onion
- Chopped cilantro
- Sliced olives
Garlic Red Potatoes

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Creamy Jambalaya Pasta

In a large pot, boil water for pasta
- 1/2 pound Farfalle pasta
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half or evaporated milk)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion or 2 Tbsp minced onion flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese
Shrimp and Salad

Wash and drain the lettuce, but do not spin it
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of small to medium shrimp,
- peeled, deveined and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- Sprinkle of Slap Ya Mama or your favorite
- Cajun/Creole seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, more or less
- 2 tomatoes, chopped, reserving juices
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Lip Smackin Lemon Bundt Cake

Preheat Oven to 350 Beat together all ingredients until smooth
- 1 (18.25 oz.) Box Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 (1oz) Instant Lemon Pudding-I used SF.
- 3/4 C. Oil
- 3 Egglands Best Eggs
- 1/2 C. F.F. Sour Cream
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest
- 1 (16 oz.) Lemon Frosting
Mojo Marinade

Blend everything except the beer in a food processor and blend until almost smooth
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 C fresh cliantro leaves and stems
- 1/2 pablano pepper, roughly chopped
- Juice from 2 limes
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1/3 C olive oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T white vinegar
- 1/2 C Dos Equis beer
- (This is for a 2 Lb flank steak)
Jalepeno corn dip

Mix everything and refrigerate for several hours to let flavors combine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (the real stuff)
- 1/2 cup salsa (or picante)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 14.5oz can sweet kernel corn, drained
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- Tortilla chips
20 Minute Skillet Lasagna Recipe

Brown ground beef in small pan
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (12 oz) package bow tie noodles (or any other kind of noodle), uncooked
- 1 (26 oz) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (or more, make it to your taste)
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cups sour cream (I used light)
