JAPANESE HIBACHI STEAK AND CHICKEN WITH VEGGIES

Mix white sauce ingredients together and chill until serving time
- For Hibachi Sauce:
- 16 oz. mayo
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/8 cup water
- For Chicken, Steak, & Veggies:
- 1 pkg. chicken tenderloins
- 1 steak {I believe I used top round}
- 2 large white onions
- 4 large green zucchini
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Soy sauce
- 1 stick butter, divided
- Lemon juice
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
Slow Cooker BBQ Ranch Country Ribs

1. Preheat crock pot to high heat
- 2 1/2-3 pounds boneless Country Ribs
- 1.25 ounce packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Mozzarella Pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions
- 1-2/3 cups uncooked pasta (bowtie or penne)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup skim mozzarella, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups bagged baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Baked Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 clove minced garlic
Sausage Roll Ups with Buttermilk Syrup

Sausage Roll Ups Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Sausage Roll Ups
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 breakfast sausage links
- Buttermilk Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Creamy Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas

Add 1 T olive oil to pan, cook onions and garlic until softened then add spinach till slightly wilted
- 1 cup chopped onion (I used green onions)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sour cream or cream cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 tortillas-corn or flour
CANDY CORN CUPCAKES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with paper liners
- 1 white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Garnish: candy corns and orange sprinkles
CROCKPOT CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP

*Instead of these spices, you could include a packet of Taco seasoning if you prefer
- 2 chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans Ro-Tel (I like the lime & cilantro, but the regular is fine)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder*
- 1 Tbsp chile powder*
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin*
- 1 Tbsp dried cilantro*
Homemade Big Mac

Combine all the ingredients together
- For the Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 heaping tablespoons French dressing
- 3 heaping teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- For the Big Mac Components:
- Hamburger Buns (sesame seed is what the golden arches uses - but I just used regular ol' buns)
- Hamburger patties
- Shredded Lettuce
- Minced onions
- Pickles
- Sliced American cheese
BUTTERMILK CHICKEN

Mix together breading ingredients, and set aside
- Breading:
- 1 Stick of Margarine
- 1 Quart Buttermilk
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (I use lowfat)
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts (I use boneless, skinless)
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
