Spicy Romano Chicken

Grilled chicken breasts until done
- 2 T Butter, Melted
- 2 Chicken Breast, 8 Ounce
- 8 oz container mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 jar Artichokes, in water, roughly chopped
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Romano Cheese, Grated
- Cayenne Pepper
- Bowtie pasta, 16.oz
QUICK & DELICIOUS BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Mix powdered sugar and butter in a large bowl with a spatula until well combined
- 3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 sticks of Butter (1 cup), room temperature (make sure to use REAL butter)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Whipping Cream
- FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING- Add in 1/4 cup of cocoa
hibachi chicken and fried rice

Cook your rice first before you start out cooking anything else, so it can cool down
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
- Vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp. butter, divided
- 9 tbsp. soy sauce, divided
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large onion and 1 small onion
- 1 large zucchini
- 1/2 lb. carrots, shredded
- 4 cups cooked rice, cooled*
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 large eggs
Lucky Green Velvet Baby Cakes

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 Cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 5-8 drops Green decorating paste (food coloring will work, just won’t be as bright green)
- Frosting
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- Yellow food coloring or decorating paste is what I used
- Gold Pearl Dust or Sprinkles if desired
Jalepeno Poppers

In a medium mix combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits
- 12 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
- 12 ounces jalapeno peppers (seeded and halved)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 quarts oil (for frying)
Fiesta Taco Salad

1. Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper
- 1 pound of rib-eye steaks
- 1 pound mixed spring greens
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime- squeezed for fresh juice
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 15 ounce can black beans
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 30 tortilla chips
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Spaghetti Pie

Cook spaghetti as directed on package
- 6 ounces spaghetti
- * 2 tablespoons margarine
- * 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- * 2 eggs (well beaten)
- * 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes (I use Contadina Brand)
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Spicy Cranberry Glazed Chicken

Preheat broiler with oven rack 5-6” from the heating element
- 1/3 cup frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
- 3 tbsp brown mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Salt
Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 bunch of fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. course black pepper
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
