buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese

1. Cook the macaroni in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente; drain
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces buffalo wing sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
SPASGNA

Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions
- 1 (24 oz) Jar of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 (24 oz.) Jar Garlic Alfredo Sauce
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup milk (2% or higher)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- I love the Garlic flavored Alfredo sauces. Also, I had already dumped the
- cheese into the bowl when I remembered to take a picture. Bad food blogger!
- (not pictured: milk, oregano & parsley)
Chinese Pepper Steak

Marinate your sliced steak for about 20 minutes to a half hour
- Marinade:
- 1 pound flank steak (sliced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry or rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Vegetables:
- 2 teaspoons ginger root (chopped or grated)
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 2 green bell peppers (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 8oz can of sliced mushrooms (drained) or fresh sliced mushrooms
Seven Layer Salad

Clean and chop lettuce in bite size pieces
- 1 head 'hearts of romaine' Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice, up to 1 Tbsp to thin dressing if desired
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 thick slices bacon, cooked, chopped

- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 10-ounce can cream of chicken soup

- 40 NILLA Wafers, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

- 2 (15 oz.) cans of chili, (with/without beans)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use medium cheddar)

Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a 14-in
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 envelope country gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 green onions, diced

The amazing thing about this cake recipe, is that you put all the ingredients in your bowl at the same time
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 3 cups flour

- 1/3 cup Hershey’s Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Crisco Oil

- 1 cup Hot tap water

- 1 1/4 cups Coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- I use pecans or sliced Almonds
