Neely's BBQ Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

- 1 (2-pound) pork butt
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup Neely's BBQ sauce, plus more for drizzling and serving
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash soy sauce
- 3/4 cup peach preserves
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Peanut oil, for frying
- 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon water
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 pint coleslaw (recommended: Neely's Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw)
Roasted Pork Tenderloin With Garlic

This pork loin is very easy to make and comes out delicious and juicy every time
- 3 lbs pork loin
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
BEEF STROGANOFF

In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients, except the meat AND the Cream Cheese, together
- 2 pounds cubed stew meat
- 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 largish onion diced
- 2-3 -4 tabls of Worcestershire (this stuff is so awesome I always add more)
- 1/2 water
- 8 oz of cream cheese
Cheeseburger Casserole

In a skillet saute onions and hamburger/turkey meat
- 1 lb hamburger meat & 1 lb turkey meat
- 1 medium onion (we use a little less)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb bag of diced hashbrowns
homemade chicken nuggets

Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of pepper
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Creamy Garlic Penne Pasta

Melt butter and add garlic in a medium sauce pan
- 1 (1 lb) box penne or 1 (1 lb) box penne rigate, cooked as directed, drained and kept hot
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup chicken broth or 3/4 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Italian Meatballs

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using your hands
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (I used dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup parmigiana cheese
Grandma Neely's Fried Pork Chop Vegetable Soup

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 32 ounces vegetable broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 large white potato, cubed
- 1/2 (10-ounce) box frozen corn
- 1/2 (10-ounce) box frozen peas
- 5 ounces fresh green beans, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
- Peanut oil, to fry
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in center cut pork chops
Butterscotch Apple Crisp

- 5 Granny Smith apples (about 2 pounds), peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 (11-ounce) bag butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed, plus more for greasing
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- Butter pecan ice cream, for serving
Chicken Caesar Bowtie Salad

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2-3 large boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 lb Bowtie Noodles
- 3 Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Caesar Croutons
- Caesar Dressing (use your favorite brand)
