Basic Green Smoothie Recipe

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and completely combined
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 1 orange, peeled and separated into segments
- 1/2 apple (your favorite variety), peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1/2 lemon, peeled and separated into segments
- 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 cups baby spinach
Lemonade Chicken

Dredge chicken in flour mixed with salt
- 8 - 10 chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 - cup all purpose flour
- 1 - teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 - tablespoons oil
- 6 - oz frozen lemonade concentrate
- 3 - tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 - tablespoons ketchup
- 1 - teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 - tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 - cup cold water
Lemon Chicken

Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large zipper-lock plastic bag
- 2 tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves, finely minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2-4 lbs. of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2-3 tbsp. melted butter
- Thinly sliced lemons, for garnished

BROWNIE BATTER DIP

In a stand mixer, whisk together the cream cheese and the butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2-3 c. powdered sugar (varies by desired consistency)
- 5 tbsp. AP flour
- 5 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 + tbsp. milk (varies by desired consistency)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Lemon Garlic Vegetable Lasagna

Preheat oven to 375°. For the sauce: Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup fresh Parmesan, grated
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 yellow squash, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
BEAN AND CHEESE TAQUITOS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 can refried beans (I used vegetarian)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime
- 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar, Mexican blend, etc)
- ~20 6″ corn tortillas
Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 4 ounces dried medium noodles
- 2 1/2 cups choppedcooked chicken or 2 1/2 cups turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- 3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1 1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 425F. In a small bowl, mix together the oregano, rosemary, cumin and salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt (1/2 tsp table salt)
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (or melted butter)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (like Lawry's)
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (or to taste)
