Crack Dip

1. Mix together. It's best if you refrigerate it for a day before eating!
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 3 oz bacon bits (in the packet not the plastic jar)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
CORNBREAD DRESSING

Set aside one can cream of chicken soup and the turkey (or chicken)
- 3-4 Cups Shredded Turkey (can substitute chicken or omit entire)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 quarts cornbread
- 2 tablespoons dried sage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup (one stick) margarine, melted
- 3-4 cups broth (from your turkey or canned)

- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 3/4 cup grated Gruyere, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (I used panko)

1 In a large bowl, mix together the cheeses and the green onion
- 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped green onion (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sour cream (optional)
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup, 4 ounces), softened to the point of being slightly melted
- 1 to 2 loaves of French or Italian bread (I used Ciabatta), depending on the size of the loaves

Preheat your oven to 350° F
- For Pink Lemonade Cupcakes:
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (found with freezer juices)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1-2 drops of Red food coloring
- For Pink Lemonade Frosting:
- 1 c. butter, room temperature
- 4 c. icing sugar
- 6 Tbs.pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (plus more if needed)
- Red food colouring

Heat oil and garlic in a skillet on medium heat until the garlic is softened
- 2 Garlic Cloves, smashed, peeled and minced
- 3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo sauce, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons reserved Adobo sauce {from Chipotle Peppers}
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons Unsulphured Molasses
- 1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Mustard
- 1 cup {8 oz.} POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
- Juice of Half a Lemon
- 1 package {of two} Pork Tenderloins
- Bacon fat or Olive Oil for searing Pork

- For the brownies:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan, coarsely chopped (optional)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- For the caramel filling:
- 14 oz. caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream

Combine Golden Mushroom soup, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce in a pan
- 1 can Campbell‘s Golden Mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lbs hamburger patties
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
