White Chocolate Lava Cookie Cups

Make your favorite cookie dough! Mine is this one
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- white chocolate chips
- ice cream
General Tso's Chicken

In a large mixing bowl combine cornstarch and beaten eggs
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1” chunks)
- 5 dried red chili peppers
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- oil (for frying)
- Sauce-
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Creamy Sausage and Tomato Dip

1. Brown up your sausage in a hot skillet
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 14.4 oz can Tomatoes with Green Chillies
ITALIAN MAC AND CHEESE

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 pound penne, ziti or rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Italian 4 cheese blend
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained well
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Nutella Rice Krispie Treats

Melt butter over low heat and add the marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 bag marshmallows (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 king sized Hershey Bar
Hot Buttered Rum Cheesecake with Brown Sugar-Rum Sauce

- Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press firmly in bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
- While crust is cooling, in large bowl, beat all filling ingredients except eggs with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until smooth. On low speed, beat in eggs until well blended. Pour over crust; smooth top.
- Bake 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes or until edge is set and center is still soft. Turn off oven; leave oven door open about 4 inches. Leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan on cooling rack away from drafts 30 minutes.
- Without releasing or removing side of pan, run metal spatula carefully along side of cheesecake to loosen. Refrigerate uncovered about 3 hours or until chilled. Cover; continue refrigerating at least 9 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
- In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix sauce ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
- To serve, run metal spatula along side of cheesecake to loosen again; remove side of pan. Serve with warm sauce. Store cheesecake and sauce covered in refrigerator.
Beef with Broccoli

Slice steak against the grain thinly into strips
- 1 lb flank steak
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli (sliced into florets)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 slices fresh ginger (finely minced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a Medium saucepan melt butter
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 4 TBSP. Cream Cheese-softened
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 3/4 C. fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
Crockpot Lasagna

Brown and crumble ground beef in a large skillet
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1 (15 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- lasagna noodles, uncooked
- salt, to taste
