- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dash hot pepper sauce

- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 taspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Splenda
