Ina's Cinnamon Honey Butter

- 3 tablespoons good honey

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or prepare a grill (brush the grill grate lightly with oil)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (3 1/2-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Beef: 5 Ingredient Braised Beef Brisket

1. Rub the brisket generously with spice blend, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate overnight in refrigerator
- 1 (6-pound) beef brisket, trimmed of fat
- 1/2 cup BBQ spice blend, be sure and check sodium levels
- 4 cups water (1 cup cold, 3 cups hot)
- 1 tablespoon very finely ground coffee
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar, preferably unfiltered
- 6 potato or dinner rolls, split

Guilt Free Easy Cherry Cobbler

1. In a large bowl, combine pie filling and extract; spread into a 9-in
- 1 can (20 oz.) reduced-sugar cherry pie filling
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sugar divided
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk

- 4 to 6 cups chicken stock or water

- 8 to 12 soft buns with sesame seeds

- 1 small Spanish onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 3 cups rice wine vinegar
