Pork: Roast Pork

- 1 pork shoulder/butt
- Mojo mix:
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 20 ounces garlic, chopped
- 10 ounces white wine
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Pasta: Giada's Fusilli with Spicy Pesto

For the pesto: In a food processor, combine the walnuts, garlic, jalapeno, cheese, salt and pepper
- Pesto:
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 (2-inch long) red or green jalapeno pepper, stemmed and coarsely chopped* see Cook's Note
- 2 cups grated (4 ounces) Asiago cheese
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 ounces baby spinach
- 3 ounces arugula
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 4 ounces Asiago cheese, shaved
Suzanne's Pesto

Set aside a small bowl filled with ice water
- 2 cups basil leaves, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup fl at-leaf parsley, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (see Note)
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Infra Salsa Burger

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 12 tablespoons of butter, plus 2 tablespoons (for pan)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups of all purpose flour, plus 1 tablespoon (for pan)
- 1 and a half teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- Cream Cheese Glaze
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 and a half cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of evaporated milk
- 1 and a half teaspoon vanilla

- 12 cooked dessert crepes
- 2 cups (1-pint) fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- Spicy Dipping Sauce:
- Peanut oil, for frying
- 3 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- Ranch dressing, for dipping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Dash hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F.
