- 2/3 pound elbow macaroni (yield: 4 cups cooked)

- 4 ounce sharp yellow cheddar cheese (shredded)

- 3/4 cup sharp yellow cheddar cheese (shredded)

- 1 lb. round steak or sirloin tips
- 1/2 cup all–purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika

- 2 oz. (4 Tbsp.) softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
