- 3 lb. chicken drumettes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Chicken & Broccoli in Light Alfredo Sauce with Pasta

In grill pan, grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, approximately 2 — 3 minutes each side
- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

- 1 lb. fettuccini, cooked and drained

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg

- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Marcela's Chicken Tostadas

Spread the tostadas with the refried beans
- 8 tostadas
- 1 cup refried beans, warmed
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 8 radishes, thinly sliced

- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 2-3 Asian chilies
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 whole chicken on the bone

- Oregano, salt, paprika and turmeric to taste
