In a small bowl, stir together the parsley, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, mayo, and sour cream

- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Guilt Free Apple Cranberry Bread

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped peeled tart apples
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1. Cook noodles according to package directions
- 4 ounces dried medium noodles
- 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)

Deluxe Pineapple Cake

1.HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with flour no-stick cooking spray

- 2 (8 oz.) cans juice-pack crushed pineapple, well drained, reserving juice

- 1 red or green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free mild chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free ground cumin
- 1 15-ounce can kidney beans (drained and well rinsed)

- 4 boneless rib eye steaks, 1/2 inch thick (1 1/2 pounds total)

- 3/4 pound green beans, trimmed

- 3/4 pound tomatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
