David's Peaches & Cream Ice Cream for the Ninja

Place the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt into the 40-oz
- 9 oz. frozen peaches
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Paula's Dry Rub Ribs

- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

- 5 tablespoons soft butter
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- Topping
- 4 tablespoons melted butter, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika, optional

- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped cream cheese
- 1 (4oz) can chopped ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Soup: Montel's Chicken Soup

1. Place the all ingredients in the inner pot, and place the lid on the cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs, skinned & quartered
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 2 small carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium celery stalks, diced
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 fresh sprig thyme
- 1 small bay leaf
- 3/4 cup egg noodles
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Dressing: Green Salad Vinaigrette

Place the salad greens in a large bowl
- 8 to 10 cups salad greens or mesclun mix
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, basil, parsley, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper
- 5 cups freshly grated bread crumbs (substitute unseasoned store-bought, but result will not be as good)
- 2 cups grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Pecorino Romano
- 1 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
- 1 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon kosher or sea salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground or coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1 cup warm water
Garlic Roasted Chicken

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the chicken
- 1 whole chicken, 3 1/2 to 4 pounds in weight
- 2-3 tablespoons butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup salt for brining or use an infuser
- For the garlic paste
- 8 to 10 cloves of roasted garlic or 2 or 3 cloves of raw garlic.
- 1/4 cup softened butter.
