Beef Sirloin Steak with Baby Spinach

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 lb), cut into 4 pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 small red pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 3/4 ozs) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 bag (about 7 ozs) fresh baby spinach

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Heat oven to 350°F. In 9-inch square pan, melt butter in oven
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 9 slices pineapple in juice (from 14-oz can), drained
- 9 maraschino cherries without stems, if desired
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk

Banana Cake, Monkey Tail

- Banana Cake:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 6 medium-size ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (13 oz) container chocolate-hazelnut spread (recommended: Nutella)

- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 6 cups ketchup
- 6 cups chili sauce
- 2 cups prepared horseradish
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups tequila
- salt and pepper to taste
Black Bottom Strawberry Cream Pie

Heat oven to 450°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie pan
- 1 box Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2/3 cup hot fudge topping*(see note)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 cup strawberry pie glaze
- 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream, whipped, for garnish (optional)
Chocolate-Topped Peanut Butter-Bacon Bars

- 1 pouch Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
- 1 egg
- 10 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
