- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1 ⁄4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 ⁄4 cup white sesame seeds
- 1 ⁄4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 ⁄4 cup raw hulled green pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbs. canola oil
- 3 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 ⁄4 cup dried currants, or to taste
- Milk for serving
- Sliced fresh fruit, such as nectarines, peaches,
- bananas, pears, plums, mangoes or berries,
- for serving (optional)

1. Arrange rack to centre; preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

- 1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients on back of box
- 1 small box sugar free/fat free instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 teaspoons very hot water

Roast Turkey with Sage Butter and Rapini-Rice Stuffing

Method: For the turkey: Preheat oven to 375°F
- Turkey:
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12- to 16-pound) turkey, neck and giblets removed
- 1 lemon, halved
- Stuffing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 packed cups roughly chopped rapini, thin stems and leaves)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat an electric griddle or frying pan to 350 deg
- Mix:
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix. Use within 3 months.
- Pancakes:
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups pancake mix

- 113 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces
