Winter Cheesecake Pops

Position oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F
- 5 8-oz. packages cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Boiling water as needed
- Thirty to forty 8-inch lollipop sticks
- 1 pound chocolate, finely chopped – you can use all one kind or half and half of dark, milk, or white (Alternately, you can use 1 pound of flavored coatings, also known as summer coating, confectionar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
- (Note: White chocolate is harder to use this way, but not impossible)
- Assorted decorations such as chopped nuts, colored jimmies, crushed peppermints, mini chocolate chips, sanding sugars, dragees) - Optional

- 1 1/4 cups plus 2 teaspoons sugar, divided, plus extra for topping the custards
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream

- 1 generous teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars | Full Fork Ahead

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 cups (18 ounces) creamy peanut butter (recommended: Skippy)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Cake

CAKE. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cake Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash salt
- 1 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries + 2 tsp flour
- Lemon Simple Sugar:
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Vanilla Glaze:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Hush Puppies (like Long John Silvers)

Combine the onion, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, sugar and onion powder in a bowl
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling

Carrot Cake

1. In a medium bowl, combine grated carrots and brown sugar
- 6 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Celebration Cookies

1 Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 container Rich & Creamy frosting (any flavor)
Cookie - Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

Stir everything together in a bowl until everything is combined
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 2 Tbls whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or your favorite liquid sweetener)
- 3 Tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt (used Chobani Non-Fat)
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp chopped nuts
Granola and Ricotta Cream Parfait

With a batch of granola ready, it takes only minutes to prepare this easy breakfast dish
- For the ricotta cream:
- 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 cups whole-milk or part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 3 cups granola (bought or homemade recipe follows)
- For the granola:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup cashew halves
- 2 Tbs. shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light sesame oil
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
