Directions In a greased 8-in
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Dissolve sugar and yeast in water
- Makes 8 slices
- Dough
- 8 oz room temperature bottled water (1 cup)
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp yeast (not rapid-rise yeast)
- 6 oz bread flour (1 1/4 cups)
- 4 oz whole-wheat flour (3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (fancy shred)
- 1 cup tomato purée
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp dried marjoram
- Pinch ground cayenne pepper
- Garlic Oil Spread (for crust)
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley (crushed)
