- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into small florets (4 cups)
- 4 cups medium pasta shells (9 ounces)

- 1.5 pound ground pork
- 1.5 pound ground beef
- 1 large diced onion
- 2 stalks diced celery
- 4 cloves diced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil or bacon fat
- 3 pound head of cabbage
- 1.5 cups of tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- salt
- pepper
Buttered Noodles with Toasted Sage

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced sage leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 pound wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1 T corn syrup
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1/4 t marjoram
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t basil
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE
