STRAWBERRY NAPOLEONS

Directions Heat the oven to 400°F
- All-purpose flour
- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
- 1 pkg. (about 3 1/2 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped or 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
KIELBASA PASTA SALAD

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta
- 1-1/2 cups thinly sliced fully cooked Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Split Rope Sausage or Polish sausage
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 cup salad croutons
SLOW COOKER ANGEL PORK CHOPS

INSTRUCTIONS: Place pork chops in slow cooker
- 4 to 6 boneless pork chops
- 1 (0.7-oz) packet Italian dressing mix (do not make dressing)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
- 1/2 pound cooked angel hair pasta
CRISPY PARMESAN POTATO PUFFS

Add potatoes to a large pot of boiling water and cook until fork tender, about 20 minutes
- makes about 70 puffs
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3-4 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs
CRANBERRY SAUCE

I had this marvelous cranberry sauce about 5 years ago at a friends house
- 4 cups fresh cranberries, picked over & rinsed
- 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute or 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons water
- 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled & cut in 3 pieces (if you don't have fresh ginger, add 1/2 tsp ground ginger with other spices)
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
PROSCIUTTO AND GRUYERE PASTRY PINWHEELS

Place pastry sheet on work surface
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of 17.3-ounce package), thawed
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 cup (packed) finely grated Gruyère cheese (about 2 1/2 ounces)
- 1 egg, beaten to blend
