  • Here is my new favorite BBQ sauce (from Big Al's BBQ Sauce on Allrecipes.com):
  • Ingredients
  • * 1 cup ketchup
  • * 2 cup tomato sauce
  • * 1/2 cup Liquid Splenda
  • * 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • * 1/4 cup Blackstrap molasses
  • * 2 teaspoons hickory-flavored liquid smoke
  • * 1 tablespoons butter
  • * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • * Dash ground cinnamon
  • * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • * 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • Simmer for 25 minutes, and it's ready. It's an awesome recipe

  • 2 to 3 2 to 3 3 pounds or boneless short ribs
  • 4 4 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 teaspoons grill seasoning for steak
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 2 2 envelopes (.75 ounces each) mushroom gravy or brown gravy mix
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup dry red wine
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups frozen small white onions or pearl onions
  • Preparation:
  • In a food storage bag or plate, combine the flour and grill seasoning (or you might substitute a similar seasoning mixture).
  • Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Coat the beef with the flour mixture then brown in the hot oil on all sides.
  • In a large cup or small bowl, combine the beef broth and gravy mix.
  • to 3 1/2- to 5-quart 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker and top with the onions. Pour the gravy mixture over all. Pour the red wine in the hot pan and scrape up browned bits; pour over the meat mixture.
  • 7 to 9 on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite side vegetable.

  • For the chocolate:
  • Low Carb (All Natural) Chocolate Covered Cherries - With Pictures!
  • Homemade Chocolate Covered Cherries
  • 6 6 6 TBSP. Melted Coconut Oil (you could use half melted cacao butter and half coconut oil)
  • 6 6 6 TBSP. Cacao, Cocoa or Carob Powder
  • 2 2 2 tsp. raw honey (regular honey works just as well)
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. stevia extract powder
  • For the filling:
  • 2 2 2 tsp. raw honey
  • 2 2 2 tsp. organic butter, softened
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Xylitol, powdered
  • 15 15 15 frozen cherries (dark sweet, whole fruit, no sugar)
  • to cherries sit out and thaw. Place on paper towels to dry.
  • Lightly grease the cavities of your chocolate covered cherry mold with olive oil or melted coconut oil. Place mold in freezer.
  • Blend the honey with the softened butter until well combined. Beat the butter and honey mixture with the powdered xylitol until well combined. Set aside.
  • Take the candies out of the freezer, turn the candy mold upside down, lightly tap and enjoy. Store in refrigerator.
  • 15 15 homemade chocolate covered cherries.

  • olive oil

  • 2 2 bags 2 lb bags of cauliflower, drained thawed and chopped
  • 8 8 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 2 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1 1 pound of ham cubes
  • to and pepper to taste
  • to 375 45 add to cream. Mix in cheese and cauliflower, add ham cubes and bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.

  • Basically topping should be:
  • Ladies, I am such a ballpark baker when it comes to apple crisp..
  • The apple mixture should be thick or not very soupy at all..just a small amount of moisture.
  • Almond flour
  • Cinnamon
  • Splenda
  • Other appley spices like nutmeg, allspice, if you want
  • Flaxseed meal (golden)
  • Walnuts or pecan pieces
  • Then you add cut up butter to this so it is crumbly, KWIM? Don't melt your butter..

  • Hi guys Im not sure if this has been discussed before but i think i stumbled on a delishios low carb snack Totally legal if your not on induction
  • You will need
  • a cool whip bowl(Perfect size for this cake)
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons splenda
  • one one tablspoon butter
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • one one egg
  • teaspoon teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon teaspoon vanilla
  • half teaspoon lemon extract
  • pinch pinch salt
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup almond flour or meal
  • make sure the butter and cream cheese are soft
  • 2 all these things in the cool whip bowl whisk well and microwave for 2 minutes!
  • to was so darn good i had to pass this along enjoy my friends!

  • Ingredients:
  • Chile Rellenos Casserole
  • 1 •1(or a little more) pound ground beef
  • 2 (4 oz) cans •2 (4 oz) cans of whole green chilies
  • 6 oz •6 oz cream cheese
  • •cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, dried minced onion
  • •beef bouillon cube & water
  • •Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • •Optional: a little fresh chopped cilantro
  • 6 3 2!) peppers, or 3 servings (because we each ate 2!)
  • Brown ground beef and drain any grease. Add dry seasonings, a little water, and the beef bouillon cube and let this mixture simmer while you prepare the chilies.
  • 1 your green chilies by splitting lengthwise then spoon 1 Tbsp of cream cheese into each green chili and put into a casserole dish.
  • 350 20 25 5 over the top of the chilies and cook them in a 350 degree F oven for about 20 – 25 minutes covering them with Mexican blended shredded cheese for the last 5 minutes.
  • to to when I say this kind of meal is what low carb eating is all about. You could serve this to any one at any time, and it's simply good and really easy to make. Thanks Dee Dee!

  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lime, sliced into rounds

  • 1 ready made pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • Directions
  • 1 .Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  • 2 .Roll out prepared pizza dough to a size that will fit your grill. Place on grill for 5 minutes, or to desired doneness, and flip over. Now add the sauce, cheese, green bell pepper and mushrooms.
  • 3 .Cover the grill and allow to cook over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
