Lasagna Quick, Easy and Delicious

- 1 Pound Ground Chuck
- 2 Tablespoons mince garlic or fresh
- 2 Jars Prego 3 cheese, meat or traditional sauce
- 6 cups of shred mozzarella
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
- 1 box of lasagna noodles 16 oz I use about 16 noodles
Pizza Bread Sticks

- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 Tablespoon Sour Creme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup French's Fried Onions
- or 1/2 Cup Shredd Cheddar Cheese
Meatballs for the Crowd

- 64 oz Grape Jelly
- 11 oz Apple Jelly
- 12 oz Mixed Fruit Jelly
- 1 jar 12oz Chili Sauce
- 2 Jars of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce medium size jar
- Open all Jelly
- Place 1 jar into micro at a time for 2 minutes
- Pour out into a large stock pot 8 quart
- Place on oven and finish melting on stove on low heat
- Add chili sauce and BBQ sauce heat through
- Add 10 pounds of meatballs pour into roaster and cook on low better if made a day ahead

- 2 cups (1 Can 15oz Pumpkin Puree)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts(opt)
