Cheesey Potato Soup with Bacon & Ham

In large stock pot boil potatoes in the chicken broth for about 20 minutes or until tender add crème some at a ti
- 5 Pounds of Diced Red Potatoes(7 1/2 cups)about 15 medium potatoes
- 6 cans of Chicken Broth(14.5 ounces)
- 6-8 Cups of Shredd Sharpe Cheddar Cheese(16-24 oz)
- 2 box of precooked Bacon (Chopped)
- 32-48 oz of heavy creme
- 3 teaspoon thyme
- 3 teaspoon tarragon
- 1-2 Tablespoon dill weed
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lb diced ham optional can add peas, corn
Ranch or Fat Free Ranch Dressing

blend together all ingredients and chill
- using either:
- 1/3 Cup Fat Free Mayo or Regular Mayo
- 2 Tablespoon fat free Sour Creme or Regular Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon reduced fat buttermilk or Regular Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/16 dill weed
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
Maple Syrup

- 2 Cups Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Prairie Dust Seasoning

- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoons ground coriander
Fajita Omelette

Pound Chicken Breast between 2 sheets of wax paper until 1/4th inch thick now cut into bite size pieces Pour oil
- 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- Dash of each: garlic poder and black pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper(1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 small tomato diced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 5 Large Eggs beaten
- 1 Cup Shredd Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 up Salsa
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Creme
Hamburger Seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Bourbon Street Glaze

Whisk together all ingredients except vinegar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan Bring mixture to a boil over me

- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ketsup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/8 ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
