Smashed Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 Red Potatoes
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 Tablespoon Sour Creme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup French's Fried Onions
- or 1/2 Cup Shredd Cheddar Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and Cube Potatoes Boil until fork tender remove from heat and drain
about 20 minutes
taking a fork,course chop potatoes leaving some chunks and add the rest of the ingredients except French Fried Onions or Cheddar Cheese
Put back on low heat for about 5 minutes to warm rest of ingredients
Top with either the French Fried Onions or Cheddar Cheese
