- Vanilla pudding:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp white sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp butter, cold
- Yellow food coloring
- Pumpkin mousse:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups whipped topping
- Orange food coloring
- 1-2/3 cups whipped topping
- Candy corns
