- 39 oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cold milk
- 1 tub (12 oz) cool whip, thawed
- 2 pkg (3.9 oz each) jello chocolate instant pudding
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
Peach Cobbler

preheat to 425. grease a deep 9 inch pie plate
- dough:
- 4-5 cups sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 3/4 tbsp cold butter, cut into cubes
- scant 3/4 cups whole milk
Asian Noodle Salad

1. In a skillet over medium low to medium heat, toast almonds and sesame seeds until light brown 2
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 8 tbsp sesame seeds
- 7 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar

- 1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix

Panko Chicken with Tomato, Basil and Goat Cheese Relish

1. place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pount until even and thin
- 4 chicken breasts
- cooking spray
- 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
- 2/3 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, minced
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese

Crockpot Risotto

Toss the rice & oil in the insert to coat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups raw arborio rice
- 4 cups chicken stock (original recipe replaces 1/4 c of the broth with white wine) (the more flavor it has the better the risotto will be)
- 1/2 - 2/3 cup shredded parmesan
