Brownie Cake with Nutella Peanut Butter Frosting

Brownie Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Brownie Cake:
- 4 ounces (4, 1oz squares) unsweetened baker's chocolate, chopped
- 2 sticks (8 ounces or 16 tablespoons) butter
- 2 cups raw sugar (can substitute granulated white sugar if necessary)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (4 1/4 ounces by weight) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Nutella Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 1 stick (4 ounces or 8 tablespoons) butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 pound (4 cups) powdered sugar
- 2-4 tablespoons whole milk or heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Blueberry Lemon Filling (Hamentashen)
