  • 1 8 oz package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts (packed in water), drained and chopped
  • 10 oz chopped, frozen spinach, thawed, with as much excess water squeezed out as possible
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Additional Parmesan for serving
