Mexican Casserole

Brown hamburger, stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatoes and drained kidney beans simmer 5 mins
- 1 lb hamburger
- taaco seasoning mix
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans
- 12 oz shredded monterey jack
- 6 corn tortillas (cut into strips)
- 1 cup sour cream
- avocado strips
- chopped tomatoes
Ranch Oyster Crackers

Place crackers in a gallon-size Glad-Lock® Zipper™ Storage Bag
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 box (16 ounces) oyster crackers
- 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Snickers Cake

- 1 German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 pkg carmels
- 1 6oz chocolate chip

Irresistible Jiffy Peanut Butter Cookies

1. HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl
- 3/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 stick Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1/2 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Chili

Mix all ingredients and simmer for 5-6 hours
- 2 alarm chili - don't use the (mesa)
- 6 lbs hamburger
- 6 cans kidney beans - drained
- 3 large cans tomatoes
- 2 large cans tomato juice
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- Chili powder
- paprika
- onion/garlic dryed
- red pepper
- comino/oregano
- salt
- 6 tblsp chili pepper
Canadian Bacon Onion Quiche

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons cold butter, divided
- 1/2 cup 4% small-curd cottage cheese
- 3 large sweet onions, sliced (about 6 cups)
- 4 ounces Canadian bacon, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Superfast Blueberry Cobbler

The buttery crust for this cobbler begins as a batter on the bottom and bakes through to the top
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. fresh blueberries (or 12 oz., frozen)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Perfect Rhubarb Pie

Place rhubarb in a colander; pour water over rhubarb and set aside
- 4 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons cold water
- Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Taco Pie

Heat oven to 400F. Grease 9-inch pie plate
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 package (1 ounce) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
- Old El Paso salsa (any variety)
- Sour cream, if desired
Judy Baked Beans

Miix all and bake uncovered for 35-40 mins at 375
- 1 cup salsa
- 2/3 cup bbq sauce
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 5 hot dogs cut or sausage
- 3 tblsp minced onion
- 2 cans 16oz pork n beans
- 1 can chili beans (don't drain)
- 2 can 15 oz butter beans (drain)
