- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed

Pat the chicken dry then sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2lbs)
- 2 tablespoons oil from the packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes patted dry and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

- Bolognese Sauce:

- 3/4 cup chopped onion
