In a bowl beat the eggs with a whisk
- 1 (9-Inch) Pie Crust, Baked
- 3 med Eggs
- 1 Egg White
- 1 cup Milk, skimmed ( Heavy cream tastes better)
- 1/2 cup Onion, Minced
- 8 piece Bacon Cooked And Crumbled
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
- 2/3 cup Swiss cheese, fresh grated; I prefer cave aged Gruyère
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper

Beat eggs with vanilla extract, margarine and sugars in mixing bowl
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups fresh California peach, diced
- 1 cup raisins

Put all ingredients in a bowl add ½ cup of cold water, mix well
- 6 medium Tomatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped.
- 2 to 4 Fresh Serrano or jalapeño seeded and minced
- garlic powder just a pinch

"This easy soup is really a form of chili, but uses some ingredients not found in regular chili
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound bulk hot pork sausage
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn with red and green bell peppers (such as Mexicorn®), drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®), undrained
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle dark beer

Braised Lamb Shanks

In a braiser or large deep frying pan, over medium-high heat, warm the oil until it is hot but not smoking
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 4 whole lamb shanks, 3 to 3 1/2 lb. total weight.

- 1 bunch small leeks, sliced 1/2 inch thick
