  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garnishes:
  • fried tortilla strips
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 lime, cut into slices for serving
